Welcome to Vet Ready

Welcome to Vet Ready — the platform that helps your clinic prepare pet owners before their visit. When pet parents arrive informed and ready, appointments run smoother, pets are calmer, and your team spends less time managing surprises.

What Vet Ready does

Vet Ready guides pet parents through a short, warm AI conversation before their appointment. The assistant uses the dog by name, asks six quick questions, and ends with one simple thing the owner can do that week to make the visit better — not a long homework list. You see the full behaviour profile in your dashboard; the owner sees a friendly one-sentence summary and a single accepted tip.

As a clinic, you get:

  • Your daily schedule — the Today view is your home screen: every dog arriving today, with a glanceable behaviour read and a prep-completion indicator. Works on a phone between appointments.
  • Client visibility — see which pet parents have completed their preparation and who might need extra attention.
  • Intake summaries — review the AI-generated behaviour profile, the tip the owner accepted, and the full conversation transcript before they walk in.
  • Distribution tools — share your clinic's intake link via QR codes, email templates, or direct links; use flow-specific QRs for visit-type-specific posters.
  • Flow variants — tailor the intake to different visit types (puppy first visit, reactive dog, surgery prep) without one-size-fits-all compromises.
  • Branded welcome screen — upload your clinic logo, lead-vet photo, and a custom welcome message that pet parents see before the chat opens. See Organization Settings.
  • AI-assistant integration — connect Claude, Cursor, or any MCP-compatible client to ask questions about your clinic data in natural language. 61 tools; OAuth-secured; no API keys. See MCP Integration.
  • Mobile-ready — every signed-in clinic page works on a stock phone. Tap the hamburger to open the nav; everything else lays out cleanly at 360–400 px.

How it works

  1. You share your clinic link — every clinic gets a unique URL and QR code. Put it in appointment confirmation emails, on posters in your waiting room, or send it directly to clients.
  2. Pet parents complete the intake — they have a brief, conversational chat with the AI about their dog. Takes about 3 minutes. A progress bar shows how close they are to done; the AI ends with one concrete tip, delivered as a single card with "Count me in" / "Show me a different one" buttons.
  3. You see them on Today — the appointment lands on your Today screen with a behaviour chip and prep-progress indicator the moment they pick a visit date.
  4. You review the detail — click a row to expand the full behaviour profile, preparation plan, and intake transcript.
